Meet Our Team: 


Owner: Ingrid de Haan

Ingrid has over 20 years of experience catering events in Vancouver.  She is the mastermind behind everything that goes on at Granville Island Catering.   Ingrid has strong skills in the kitchen as well as with the logistics of your event.  When you call/email Ingrid will go over every detail to make sure you and your guests have the best experience for your party.  


Head Chef: James Lewis

James is a certified Red Seal Chef with over 20 years of kitchen experince.  His cooking style balances quality ingredients with bright and fresh flavours that leave you always wanting the next bite.  James is happy to work with you to prepare a menu for an intimate multicourse dinner or a large buffet for your next crazy party, 


Chef: Josh Postma

Josh has over 7 years of kitchen experience in the Vancouver restaurant scene.  His knowledge of food and attention to detail separate him from the rest.  You will be happy to have him cook for your event.


Lead Server: Scott Boyde (Scotty)

Scott brings a high level of service experience to the the table for every event.  He is happy to lend a hand with his extensive knowledge of wine and cocktails.  Scott understands what good service really is and leaves the customer feeling good about their event.


Service Staff:

We are fortunate that a lot of our service staff have been working with us for many years. Our team works well together and always do what it takes to get the job done ensuring your event is a great success.
